The inspiration stems from my early experiences. I see that technology has the potential to transform businesses and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What were some of the key milestones and challenges in your career, and how did you overcome them?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key milestones in my career include mastering new technologies while working on various projects. I have successfully used these technologies to automate processes that previously took weeks of manual work, reducing the time to just a few hours. Additionally, I have delved into the world of PostgreSQL, quickly becoming proficient and helping customers identify and resolve their performance issues. For every milestone and challenge, continuous learning has been my key strategy for success.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How did you get involved with initiatives like Code; Without Barriers, and what is the impact of this work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I got involved with Code; Without Barriers due to your passion for technology and the desire to make the tech industry more accessible and inclusive for everyone.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The impact of your work with Code; Without Barriers is significant. It helps to:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Promoting diversity and inclusiveness within the tech industry.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Providing mentorship and support to individuals.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What advice would you give to young women aspiring to enter and succeed in the tech industry?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embrace continuous leaning and stay curious. Don&#8217;t be afraid to get into a totally different stream of work. Don&#8217;t be discouraged by your mistakes as they are the steppingstones in your learning journey.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can you share an experience where you had to overcome a significant obstacle or setback, and what you learned from it?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer performance issues are inherently challenging. Each issue is unique, and working through them has provided me with valuable insights. I share these learnings through blogs and talks.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do you balance your professional and personal life, and what activities do you enjoy outside of work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balancing my professional and personal life can be challenging, and I am continually working on finding the right balance. There are times when sacrifices are necessary on both sides, depending on the situation. However, I make a conscious effort to ensure that neither aspect is neglected.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of work, I enjoy running, cooking, and reading books.
