Postgres Women India<\/b> is a vibrant and dynamic community dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and empowerment within the PostgreSQL ecosystem in India. Born from a powerful lightning talk at PGConf India 2024, our initiative stands as a beacon for Women who are passionate about database technology, offering a platform where voices can be heard, skills are showcased, and careers in technology can flourish.<\/span><\/p>

To inspire, connect, and empower Women in technology through the lens of PostgreSQL, creating an environment where Women can learn, innovate, and lead in the development and use of database technologies. We aim to provide resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to Women at all stages of their careers, from students to seasoned professionals.<\/span><\/p>
