That\u2019s why this week, we\u2019re focusing on <strong>speed, clarity, and real-world feedback<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\">As Hari Kiran, founder of OpenSource DB, often says:<br><br><strong>\u201cStartups don\u2019t fail because they can\u2019t build. They fail because they build in the wrong direction for too long.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\ud83d\udd0d What is an MVP <em>really<\/em> for?<br>The MVP\u2014Minimum Viable Product\u2014isn\u2019t your \u201cfirst version.\u201d It\u2019s your <strong>first test<\/strong>.<br>It doesn\u2019t need to be pretty or fully functional. It just needs to help you answer one crucial question:<br><br><strong>\u201cAm I solving a real problem for real users?\u201d<\/strong><br>Think of it as a <strong>prototype with purpose<\/strong>\u2014something you can launch quickly, gather feedback on, and improve\u2014without overbuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\uddea 5 Rules for a Fast, Feedback-Driven MVP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start with one core problem<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identify a sharp, painful user issue and focus solely on solving that. Forget features\u2014focus on outcomes. What can you build in a week that validates your idea?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time-box the build<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid the perfection trap. Try a 7-day MVP sprint using no-code tools like Webflow, Bubble, or Glide. Even a rough, clickable prototype works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Embed feedback early<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Build in feedback tools from day one\u2014short surveys, live chat, or tools like PostHog. Ask: <em>What confused you? What\u2019s missing?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Launch, listen, learn<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t wait for \u201cperfect.\u201d Launch in small communities (Reddit, Slack, Discord), gather feedback, and iterate. Focus on retention and repeat usage. Ask: <em>Did users come back?
