OpenSourceDB\n– Guidelines for Using OpenSourceDB Trademarks<\/span>

\nCustomers\naround the world recognize and select the solutions of OpenSourceDB\ncompany and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as\n\u201cOpenSourceDB\u201d) on the basis of OpenSourceDB’s trademarks and\nservice marks, which signify high-quality computer software products\nand services. Without these trademarks and service marks\n(collectively referred to as “trademarks”), consumers would\nnot be able to distinguish OpenSourceDB solutions from those of other\ncompanies, nor would they be able to readily identify the superior\nquality that OpenSourceDB trademarks represent. Therefore, it is\ncritically important that trademarks of OpenSourceDB are protected.<\/font><\/font><\/p>

\nYou\nmust carefully consider OpenSourceDB’s trademark usage guidelines\nwhen mentioning OpenSourceDB offerings in your materials or in\nconnection with your own products or product names. A selection of OpenSourceDB trademarks, both\nregistered and pending, as well as a selection of OpenSourceDB\noffering names, are listed above. \nThe\nonly use that does not require the symbols is a Web application or\nother onscreen presentation where the low resolution of the medium\nrenders the symbol illegible.
